OceanAlpha Showcases Intelligent Firefighting and Water Rescue Solutions at AFAC26 in Melbourne
OceanAlpha is proud to showcase its latest intelligent emergency response solutions at Stand 104 during AFAC26, taking place from 18–21 August 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) in Melbourne, Australia.

Throughout the event, OceanAlpha’s stand is welcoming professionals from across the fire and emergency services sector, including representatives from fire and rescue services, emergency management, public safety, and related technology industries. As a leading event for the fire, emergency services, and public safety sectors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, AFAC26 provides a valuable platform for industry professionals to explore innovative technologies that can enhance operational efficiency, improve responder safety and strengthen emergency response capabilities.

At AFAC26, OceanAlpha is highlighting two of its latest solutions for emergency response and water safety: the Fire Conqueror and Dolphin 3. The Fire Conqueror is a high-performance unmanned firefighting vessel engineered for marine fire emergencies. Designed to operate without onboard crew, it enables firefighting teams to respond to hazardous water-based fire incidents while reducing personnel exposure to dangerous environments. With intelligent navigation, collision avoidance, and high-capacity firefighting equipment, Fire Conqueror is designed to deliver rapid and effective firefighting support for ports, marinas, coastal waterways, and other waterfront environments.

The Dolphin 3 is a smart, self-propelled water rescue device, also known as a remote-control lifebuoy. It enables rescuers to reach swimmers in distress without entering the water, as the device can be remotely operated from shore or a boat. Once reached, a person in distress can hold onto the Dolphin 3 while being carried safely back to shore. With a maximum speed of 7 m/s, Dolphin 3 is engineered to reach distressed swimmers up to 3× faster than even Olympic-level athletes, providing a rapid-response solution for water rescue situations where every second matters.

Together, the Fire Conqueror and Dolphin 3 demonstrate OceanAlpha’s approach to applying intelligent unmanned technology to critical emergency scenarios—from marine firefighting to water rescue. By combining remote operation, intelligent control, and purpose-built rescue capabilities, these solutions can help emergency response teams extend their operational reach while improving safety and response efficiency.
Through discussions with visitors and industry professionals at Stand 104, OceanAlpha is sharing its latest developments in unmanned navigation, remote operation, intelligent vessel control, firefighting, and water rescue technologies. OceanAlpha looks forward to connecting with fire and emergency services professionals, technology partners, and industry stakeholders from Australia and around the world, and to exploring new opportunities for intelligent unmanned systems to support safer and more effective emergency response operations.
