OceanAlpha, a technology company dedicated to the development of uncrewed surface vessels (USVs), is exhibiting at Angola Oil & Gas 2026, held from 9–10 September 2026 at the Centro de Convenções, Av. Samora Machel, Talatona, Angola. Located at Booth T18, OceanAlpha is joining government representatives, energy companies, international operators, investors and industry service partners to exchange insights on the development of Angola’s oil and gas sector and the role of emerging technologies in supporting offshore operations.
As one of Angola’s leading oil and gas industry gatherings, Angola Oil & Gas brings together key stakeholders from across the energy value chain, creating a platform for international collaboration, investment and technological innovation. During the exhibition, OceanAlpha is engaging with industry professionals and project stakeholders to explore how uncrewed technologies can contribute to safer, more efficient and cost-effective marine operations.
At the centre of OceanAlpha’s presence this year are two USV models developed for demanding offshore applications: the V180 work-class ROV-integrated USV and the L42B hydrographic and geophysical survey USV. The V180 combines an uncrewed surface platform with work-class ROV deployment capabilities, supporting remote subsea inspection and intervention operations. The L42B is designed for hydrographic and geophysical survey applications, including pipeline and cable-route inspection across nearshore and offshore environments.
Through its participation in Angola Oil & Gas 2026, OceanAlpha looks forward to connecting with energy leaders, international operators and potential project partners, while exploring opportunities to apply uncrewed technologies to practical offshore challenges in Angola and across the wider African market.
