Throughout the exhibition, OceanAlpha has welcomed energy-sector professionals and project stakeholders for discussions on the role of autonomous vessels in offshore and nearshore operations. The conversations have explored how USVs can support safer, more efficient ways to conduct inspection, survey, security and emergency-response tasks in demanding marine environments.

At the centre of OceanAlpha’s presence this year are two USV models developed for demanding offshore work: the V180 work-class ROV-integrated USV and the L42B hydrographic and geophysical survey USV. The V180 supports remote subsea inspection and intervention by combining an uncrewed surface platform with work-class ROV deployment capabilities. The L42B is designed for hydrographic and geophysical survey work, including pipeline and cable-route inspection across nearshore and offshore environments.
